VISION
The tears well up in his eyes, the man in front of the camera has something buried deep inside. The his gaze saturates the screen, the sounds of the city collide creating an atmosphere a kin to far off ocean waves crashing against a wind blown beach. The question, “how did you get here?” swells to the surface of my mind. The story that ensues is one of tragedy and success, a poetic chronicle of love and loss. I find beauty of this real life illustration, it intrigues me.
